Match was Everton hosting Man United

The match ended at Everton wining 1-0 against the 19 time winners 

Man utd just did not appear to be on there game tonight, giving ball away cheaply dodgy tackles

Nani for Man utd had a shocking game got booked in the 3rd minute of the match.

Everton have traditionally been slow starters but in this opening game they dominated United for spells, with keeper Tim Howard only being troubled by the occasional effort from Wayne Rooney.

United were without Rio Ferdinand, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and Jonny Evans – and how Everton exploited the weakness.

Man of the match in my terms was  Fellaini he won every ball, scored the winner, made defenders life a living hell 

David De gea had a wonderful match for Man utd made some brilliant saves but wasn’t good enough to get the draw 

new boy RVP made his United debut for 20 mins, Made a few decent touches and a good pass to Kagawa who played brilliantly the whole match couldn’t finish off the move. 

Unbeaten Premier League leaders Fulham travel to relegation candidates Manchester United on Saturday.
